The time required to create each monthly email package varied, depending on the number of deliverables, which could range from 1 to 12 emails. Each package could take as little as a few hours or up to 6 hours to complete. Photoshop was the primary tool used, along with in-house and stock photography to enhance the visual quality.​​​​​​​
Concept
My design concept aimed to convey a professional yet approachable tone, particularly through the photography selection. The visuals are intended to be engaging but emphasize the educational and practical aspects of the product, focusing on its application and benefits. The target audience is primarily older men and occasionally older women, with a focus on heart health monitoring and heart attack prevention for those at higher risk.​​​​​​​

These are Instagram feeds and reels for Smartheart B2C and B2B.  
Duration & Deliverables & Tools
For Smartheart, I managed two distinct Instagram feeds: B2C and B2B, each consisting of about eight posts. The B2C feed also required two reels. Creating a full feed took roughly 3 to 4 hours, depending on the need for reels. I used Photoshop and After Effects for visuals, incorporating stock videos and tracks from Artlist.io for sound.​​​​​​​
Concept
My approach for the Instagram feeds focused on being educational, approachable, and relatable for an older audience. I chose photography that depicted a worry-free lifestyle for seniors, highlighting moments where health concerns can take a backseat to enjoying life. The subtle use of brand colors helped reinforce Smartheart’s identity, subtly connecting it with a sense of medical freedom. The messaging consistently conveyed a preventive health focus, and the reels were designed to educate viewers on the benefits of using Smartheart’s monitor in daily life and daily exercise.​​​​​​​
