Duration & Deliverables & Tools
Creating each Instagram feed required about 5 to 6 hours, primarily due to extensive compositing work. Since the company only provided digital product mockups rather than actual product photography, transforming 2D mockups into realistic visuals was initially challenging, but over time, I developed effective techniques. Each month, the client requested 2 carousels, 10 static posts, and 3 to 4 reels. I used Photoshop for image editing and AfterEffects for motion graphics, incorporating stock photography and video, and music from artist.io to bring the feed to life.
Concept
My design approach centered on creating an organic, wellness-focused aesthetic that reflects a lifestyle enhancement and promotes overall health. I selected a color palette derived from the product labels, leaning toward softer tones to evoke a natural connection. Given this is a wellness supplement brand, I prioritized active lifestyle imagery and targeted a holistic, wellness-conscious audience. Most product visuals required extensive compositing to achieve a realistic look, given only 2D renderings were available. In addition to lifestyle images, I integrated educational content to keep customers informed, balancing visuals with practical, informative value.
